02Menu, prices and availability

• Menu items, descriptions, images and prices shown on the Website or ordering platforms are for information and may change without notice.
• Images are for representation only; actual presentation may vary.
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are subject to applicable taxes and charges, which will be shown before you pay.
• Items are subject to availability. If an item is unavailable, we may offer a substitute or a refund for that item.
• In case of an obvious pricing or listing error, we may cancel the affected order and refund any amount paid.

03Online orders

• Online orders are placed through our ordering partner (Petpooja) and are also subject to that platform’s terms.
• An order is confirmed only after you receive an order confirmation.
• Please check your order, contact details and delivery address carefully before placing it. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect details.
• Delivery and preparation times are estimates and may vary due to demand, weather, traffic or other factors beyond our control.
• We may refuse or cancel an order if we suspect fraud, misuse, or if we are unable to fulfil it.

04Payments

• Payments may be made through the payment options available at the time of ordering or billing.
• Online payments are processed securely by third-party payment gateways. CRAB does not store your card or bank details.
• We are not responsible for failures, delays or charges caused by your bank or payment provider.

05Table reservations

• Reservations are subject to availability and are confirmed only once you receive a confirmation.
• Please arrive on time. We may hold a reserved table for up to 15 minutes after the booked time, after which it may be released.
• Please inform us in advance if you need to change or cancel your reservation, or if your group size changes.
• For large groups, special occasions or events, we may require advance confirmation, a deposit or a pre-set menu, which will be communicated to you.

06Dine-in conduct

• We want every guest to have a pleasant experience. We may refuse service or ask guests to leave in case of disorderly, abusive or unsafe behaviour.
• Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. CRAB is not liable for loss of or damage to personal property on the premises.
• Any damage caused to our property may be charged to the guest responsible.
• Outside food and beverages are not permitted unless agreed with us in advance.

07Allergies and dietary requirements

Our kitchen handles common allergens including milk, eggs, gluten, nuts, soy, sesame, fish and shellfish. While we take care, we cannot guarantee that any item is completely free of allergens. Please tell our team about any allergies or dietary needs before ordering. CRAB is not liable for reactions where allergies were not disclosed.

08Offers and promotions

• Offers, discounts and promotions are subject to their specific terms, validity period and availability.
• Offers cannot be combined unless stated, have no cash value, and may be changed or withdrawn at our discretion.
• We may refuse an offer where we reasonably suspect misuse.

09Intellectual property

All content on the Website — including the CRAB name, logo, text, photographs, videos, designs and graphics — is owned by or licensed to CRAB and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or use it without our prior written permission.

10Third-party links and services

The Website links to third-party services such as our ordering platform, reservation service, Google Maps, Instagram and WhatsApp. We do not control these services and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. Your use of them is subject to their own terms.

11Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CRAB will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the Website or our services. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

12Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold CRAB, its owners and staff harmless from any claims, losses or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of our Website or services.

13Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at the place where CRAB’s business is registered.
